The QUARTZ system is designed and developed for professional TIG welding where the strength and aesthetics of the weld joint are critical. The gas nozzles used in the QUARTZ system are made of a special glass alloy which is resistant to extremely high temperatures. The use of a transparent nozzle ensures excellent visibility of the welded area for example during welding in hard to reach places – which translates directly into the ergonomics of work and better quality of the weld.
Thanks to use of the special adapters, QUARTZ system components are compatible with standard parts for TIG torches such as: socket, gas lens, clamping sleeves and other for torch SP 9 or SP 17/18/26. It provides to reduce operating costs to minimum.
